Sales of limited edition prints and original art works are final. Once an original art work or limited edition print has shipped, there is no refund or return available. All items will be insured during shipping for the full purchase amount, including shipping charges. Tracking information will be provided at time of shipment.
For purchases shipping to locations outside the United States of America, sale price and shipping costs do not include any tariffs, customs fees, or VATs due to the destination country.
My refund and returns policy applies to products purchased directly from me and is in effect for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For limited edition and unframed prints and photographs, I print these myself on museum quality archival grade papers with 100-year lightfast inks. However, I partner with Printify for specialty print-on-demand products, including clothing items, home and living products, journals, magnets, stickers, notebooks, framed posters, framed prints, canvases, framed canvases, some greeting cards and other items that I am unable to produce in my home studio. For these items, Printify’s Return and Refund policy will be followed in my store. For these products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Photo evidence of damage/defect will be required for consideration for refund or reprint. If you purchase one of these products and have a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I may address the issue with Printify within the 30-day refund window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, I require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a return authorization, shipped at your expense. A return authorization may be obtained by contacting me via the Contact Page. You will be provided with instructions for shipping your return along with the return authorization.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing contents for reasons not due to my error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund but have confirmed my receipt of your return, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me via the Contact Page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance since I have no way to guarantee delivery of your return to me.
